By accessing or using Linkoxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Linkoxy provides backlink tracking, monitoring, and management tools for SEO professionals and agencies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, use the Service to monitor websites you do not own or have permission to monitor, reverse engineer any part of the Service, or use automated tools to scrape data beyond normal API usage.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Linkoxy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
